Toyota - September 2007 Promotion
Hi guy’s, another new month has begun and the car market should normally pick up momentum around this period given the fact of the upcoming festivals ie; Hari Raya and Deepavali celebrations. UMW Toyota on the other-hand, have their promotion still stagnant from their initial July promo. All these were a major success for them, with sales soaring up throughout their branches, but sadly this has taken a toll on their stock situation and there appears to be lesser models available to attract buyers to get hold of one come Raya.
So, I hope you have loads of good luck trying to source each individual branch to find their stock availability status, prior to your booking. This is the Toyota - September 2007 promotion :

From this, you would notice that certain models like : Vios and Innova, have been removed from their list of offers for this month. Apparently, this is due to their upcoming launch of the new Vios (no more current model Vios are in stock) and as for the Innova, scheduled delivery could almost reach the month of December, if an order for this model is placed now.
Training for their sales staff relating to their new model Vios, will begin this month, so expect the launch of the new Vios to be in the month of October. Another alteration from their initial July and August promo is the reduction in rebate offered on their Avanza 1.3 (Manual) has been brought down to RM1,500 from RM2,888.
One things for sure, all their sales advisors would be facing tough times ahead as the only vehicles ready for immediate delivery at the moment, would be their Wish, Yaris, Fortuner and Altis, as most of the other models have a lengthy delivery period.
But nevertheless Toyota happens to be a much sort after brand and we’re sure that in certain situations, waiting would not be much of an issue.
